The power and beauty of Verdi’s great choral masterpiece has led to this becoming one of the major works of the choral repertoire from one of the major figures in the world of opera. Chetham’s Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Choir will perform alongside members of the Bach Choir, London, under the baton of David Hill following the hugely successful collaboration in last July in Walton’s Belshazzar’s Feast.
