Payment
- We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard and Maestro credit or debit card.
- Cheques should be made payable to 'Chetham's School of Music'.
- Please allow £1 booking fee per transaction to cover postage and administration.
- Tickets will not be despatched until payment has been received in full.
Concessions
Concessions are available on production of the appropriate identification for:
- Children (18 or under and in full-time education)
- Students
- Claimants
- Senior Citizens
Refund policy
- Chetham's does not operate a refund policy.
- Please check your tickets when they arrive to ensure that they are correct.
- Chetham's will only provide a full refund in the event of a performance being cancelled.
