Applying to be a Chorister
Auditions for Manchester Cathedral Choristers are held throughout the year and applications are welcomed from anyone between the ages of 8 - 10. Choristers are educated at Chetham's and also study one instrument at the School. Students remain in the Cathedral Choir until the end of Year 8, then either leave Chetham's to complete their secondary education elsewhere or audition for an instrumental place at Chetham's.
Applications to be a Chorister are processed through Manchester Cathedral and not the School.
