International Concerto Competition Results

The Manchester International Concerto Competition for Young Pianists is a competition with a difference.  Integrated into the first week of the Chetham’s International Summer School and Festival for Pianists, the finals were a culmination of a week in which all participants were able to take part in masterclasses with members of the jury, as well as being able to hear a selection of superb concerts by some of the world’s best concert pianists.

EPTA Competition Winner

Following the finals of the EPTA UK Competition at Regents Hall in London, Manos Charalabopoulos was declared the overall winner of the 2009 EPTA UK piano competition. Manos competed against over 400 other pianists.
