Concerto Competition Finalists

All this week students have been performing concertos in order to gain a place in our Concerto Competition Final. This annual competition sees students performing for the opportunity to be a soloist with Chetham’s Symphony and Chamber Orchestras in front of a distinguished panel of judges, including Nic Pendlebury, Lesley Howard, Paul Edmund-Davies and John Miller, chaired by Chetham’s Director of Music, Stephen Threlfall.

The finals will be held in Whiteley Hall between 10.00am and 5.30pm in the Whiteley Hall here at Chetham's and are free to enter.

There will be a break from 1pm – 1.45pm. The results will be announced at the end of the session.
