Today, HRH Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex, pledged his support for Chetham’s School of Music’s ‘Raise the Roof’ appeal to raise £1million for its new 21st Century learning environment and full orchestral auditorium.

Peter Moore, BBC Young Musician of 2008 and student of Chetham’s School of Music will be going into the studio in March 2010 to record Edward Gregson’s Trombone Concerto for release on the Chandos label.
